Caol Ila 2016-2024 Quercus Alba is an Islay single malt from Wilson & Morgan, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured from 2016 to 2024 in American white oak casks (Quercus Alba), which bring vanilla sweetness and woody touches.
The nose is marine and iodine-like, softened by delicate caramel and citrus. The palate is persistent, with a well-balanced smokiness alongside honey and sweet spices.
