It is matured for a minimum of six months in American oak casks.
The nose is very sweet, with banana, maple syrup, caramel, sweet corn and milk chocolate. The palate brings toasted oak, sweet ginger, maple syrup and butterscotch. The finish is persistent, sweet and caramelly.
