A 24-year-old Barbados rum from WIRD, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2024 by Rum Artesanal. It matured for over two decades in oak casks.
The rum is made from selected sugar cane varieties and is a single cask bottling, cask #207, with 208 bottles produced. It is bottled at 46.9% ABV in a 500 ml bottle, without colouring, chill filtration or added sugar.
On the palate it is full-bodied, with honey and dried fruit, roasted nuts and a hint of chocolate. The finish is long, warm and lingering.
