Wolfburn Aurora is a single malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
A long fermentation and a slow, gentle distillation come before maturation in warehouses built for the purpose on site at the distillery. At the end of maturation the casks are brought together into a dram described as smooth and well balanced.
