Wolfburn Holiday Edition is a limited-release single malt Scotch from Wolfburn Distillery, matured for a little over eight years. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle and comes in a matching box, and the Holiday Edition sets it apart from the distillery's core range.
The nose opens with sweet sherry and dried fruit, then vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate. The palate is juicy and mouthwatering, with rich toffee and syrup alongside cocoa, vanilla, autumn fruit and honey. On the finish the vanilla slowly fades, leaving a last trace of caramel.
