Wolfburn Perthro is the 14th release in the Kylver Series, a single malt Scotch whisky from the Wolfburn distillery in Thurso. It was bottled in November 2024 at 52.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, and only 890 bottles were filled.
The release draws on the Viking heritage of Caithness. Wolfburn is the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland. The current distillery was established in January 2013, 350 metres from the ruins of the original, which was founded in 1821 by William Smith.
