Wolfburn – Wunjo Kylver Series 8th Edition (70cl, 52.8%)

Wolfburn Wunjo is the 8th release in the distillery's Kylver Series, a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 52.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was released in April 2021. The series takes its name from a burial stone that carries one of the earliest examples of the Viking runic alphabet, and it reflects the history of Caithness around the distillery. Wolfburn is the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland, in the town of Thurso. Distilling began at the current site in January 2013, close to the ruins of the original distillery built in 1821.
