This is a 14 year old Scottish blended whisky from Wolfcraig, in a 70cl bottle. It has a finish in three sherry casks: Amontillado, Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel.
The nose is gentle, with sun-ripened raisins, fresh peaches, tangerines and lemon grass. On the palate come succulent figs, sweet sultanas and Napoleon cake, with a little demerara sugar and molasses. The finish has glazed tangerines, marzipan and chocolate mousse, with spicy ginger and nutmeg.
