Wolfcraig Distillers Triple Sherry Cask Finish is a 14 year old Scotch whisky from the Highlands, in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of whisky from selected casks, finished in sherry casks, and has a golden colour.
The nose is warm, with sun-kissed raisins, fresh peaches, tangerines and lemon grass, and creamy caramel and vanilla in the background. On the palate come figs, sweet sultanas and Napoleon cake, with a hint of demerara sugar and molasses. The finish has glazed tangerines, marzipan and chocolate mousse, with spicy ginger and nutmeg.
