Wood Family Reserve Columbia Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey from Wood Family Spirits, named after the Columbia River and the pioneer history of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).
The nose is sweet vanilla, toasted oak and caramel with a hint of spice. The palate brings caramelised sugar, rich oak, baking spices and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with lingering spice and oak.
