The selection was made on 20 January 2023, and the label is signed by Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and warm baking spice. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, with toffee, brown sugar, cinnamon and oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and sweet oak.
