Woodford Reserve 119.5 Batch Proof is a bourbon from the Master's Collection, matured in American oak and bottled at 59.75% in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
In the glass it is a deep amber. The nose brings roasted nuts, dark caramel, vanilla and a touch of oak.
The palate is velvety, with maple syrup, spice and a light fruitiness, and the finish is long and warming, with gentle roasted notes and a hint of smoke.
