This is a straight bourbon from Woodford Reserve in Kentucky, bottled at 43.2% in a 70cl bottle.
As the name suggests, it matures twice. The first maturation takes place in handcrafted white oak barrels. The bourbon then moves into a second barrel that has been toasted for longer but charred for a shorter time. It is bottled without added colouring and is not chill-filtered.
It is described as full-bodied and mild, with a very long finish.
