Woodford Reserve – Golden Tempo Derby Edition Double Oaked Single Barrel Strength Bourbon "BML" Barrel Pick

This is a single barrel pick of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, bottled at barrel strength and released as a Golden Tempo Derby Edition. The bottle carries a deep-etched horse design as a nod to Derby racing. The bourbon was finished in a second, heavily toasted and charred oak barrel, and it was made at the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. The nose offers caramel, toasted oak, vanilla bean, dark fruit and baking spice. On the palate come molasses, brown sugar, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cinnamon and espresso. The finish is long, velvety and warming, with oak, spice and sweet vanilla.
