Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof 119.5 is the 2025 edition of an annual limited release from Kentucky. It is an unfiltered bourbon, blended from more than 100 barrels and bottled without dilution at 119.5 proof, or 59.75%, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings barrel char, nougat, toasted caramel, vanilla bean and cinnamon stick. On the palate, light rye spice and charred oak meet cinnamon, leather, charred caramel, vanilla cake and a faint berry compote, with a full body.
The finish is long, with white peppercorn, chewy oak, caramel, cinnamon stick and lingering warmth.
