Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, from the yearly limited edition made by master distillers Chris Morris and Elizabeth McCall. Woodford Reserve is produced by Brown-Forman. This is the 2021 edition, bottled at full proof straight from the cask. It carries no age statement, though the casks are thought to be between 7 and 8 years old. The nose brings chocolate, caramel, butter and apple fritters. The palate is soft and sweet with woody oak, cherry, cinnamon and pepper. The finish carries caramel, chocolate and tobacco.
