Woodinville 8 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Woodinville 8 Year Old Straight Rye is made from 100% rye, with no corn or malted barley in the mash bill. The rye is grown on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington, then milled, mashed, fermented and pot-distilled at Woodinville Whiskey Co. It spent eight years in heavily toasted, lightly charred American oak barrels, seasoned in the open air. Released in June 2025 as a limited edition, each bottle is individually numbered, and the strength is 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. On the nose there is dark molasses, clove and brown sugar. The palate brings cinnamon, vanilla, dark honey and a touch of dried cranberry, and the finish is long, warm and peppery with a dry oak grip.
