Woodinville 8 Year Straight Rye Whiskey Limited Edition is a straight rye distilled and bottled by Woodinville Whiskey Co. in Washington State. It spent eight years in new charred American oak barrels.
It is a spice-forward rye. Toffee, toasted oak and baking spice on the nose come with dark fruit and leather, and the palate is peppery with caramelised sugar and vanilla bean over a velvety texture. The finish is long and warming, with clove and honey.
