Woodinville Port Finished Straight Bourbon starts as a straight bourbon of five years' maturation. It is then moved into Ruby Port barrels for a further six months.
The Port finish gives a viscous mouthfeel. Candied cherry, dried plums, berries and chocolate are noted alongside the traditional bourbon character.
