Woodinville – Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small-batch bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is mashed and distilled in Woodinville, Washington, from 72% corn, 22% rye and 6% malted barley. All the grain is grown exclusively for the distillery on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington. The whiskey ages in barrel houses in Central Washington, in new oak that is seasoned outdoors for 18 months before a deep toast and heavy char. Crème brûlée and baking spice lead the nose. The palate is rich caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla bean, and the finish is sweet and lingering.
