A 16 year old Deanston single malt from the Highlands, bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh in its Warehouse Reserve range. It was distilled on 27 October 2008 and bottled on 12 May 2025 at 49.8% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The outturn is 84 bottles.
After its initial maturation, the whisky was finished in a second fill ex-Staoisha Oloroso quarter cask.
The nose offers pineapple and orchard fruits with hints of tobacco and charred wood. The palate is very waxy, with crème brûlée, lemon meringue, peaches, lychee and cigar smoke. The finish carries lingering smoke, white chocolate and a touch of nutmeg.
