Woodson The Black Hole is a limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for three years in new charred oak and bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It was made for Raiders fans, and the name nods to the Black Hole, the team's famous fan section. Woodson is the bourbon brand of NFL Hall of Famer and Heisman winner Charles Woodson.
The nose offers sweet corn, charred oak, baking spices and vanilla, with a little roasted pepper and nuttiness. On the palate come honey, toasted ginger, black cherries and black pepper, with buttery caramel towards the end. The finish is long and dry, with oak, pepper and caramel.
