Woody Creek Distillers – Rye Whiskey

Woody Creek Distillers Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Colorado rye. It is aged in new American oak barrels with a medium toast and a number 3 char, for at least two years according to the bottle statement and now a minimum of three and a half years. The whisky has a distinct rye character, with citrus peel on the nose, white pepper throughout the palate and oaky vanilla in the middle of the palate.
