This is a 10 year old bourbon from World Whiskey Society, distilled in Oklahoma and finished in Martinique rum casks. It is bottled at barrel proof, 51% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
The mashbill is 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. The spirit spent ten years in new charred American oak before a second maturation in casks that previously held Martinique rum.
The nose is caramel, molasses, vanilla bean and toasted oak, with tropical fruit and coconut. The palate offers butterscotch, honey, dried orchard fruit and brown sugar. The finish is long and warm, with tropical fruit, oak spice and molasses.
