- Ex-Macallan cask finish
This is a 12 year old bourbon from World Whiskey Society, given a second maturation in casks that previously held Macallan single malt Scotch.
The finish adds a Scotch malt influence to the American bourbon character of the spirit.
It is described as having deep notes of dried fruit, vanilla and subtle oak, with a hint of sherry sweetness.
