World Whiskey Society Doc Holliday Bottled in Bond (50%)

Doc Holliday Bottled in Bond is a straight bourbon from World Whiskey Society, released as a tribute to the Wild West figure Doc Holliday. It is a limited edition. As a bottled in bond whiskey, it comes from a single distillery and a single distilling season, and was aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse before bottling at 100 proof. The nose is caramelised apple and maraschino cherry with clove, nutmeg and roasted pecans. On the palate it is smooth and velvety, with caramel, apple pie and sweet cherry, then gentle warming spice. A long finish of toasted, buttery flavour follows.
