World Whiskey Society Wyatt Earp Barrel Proof American Single Malt (75cl, 67.5%)

Wyatt Earp Barrel Proof is an American single malt from World Whiskey Society, made from 100% malted barley and sold in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled at cask strength, between 120 and 135 proof (60 to 67.5%), as a tribute to the frontier lawman. The nose gives dark chocolate, citrus zest, vanilla extract, malty sweetness and fresh-baked bread. On the palate come rich dark chocolate, dried fig, white pepper, fresh mint and warming spice. The finish is long and oily, with chocolate and spice lingering.
