World Whiskey Society Wyatt Earp Barrel Proof Cask Strength (62%)

An American single malt whiskey from the World Whiskey Society, made as a tribute to the lawman Wyatt Earp. It is made from 100% malted barley and bottled at cask strength, with a projected strength of 62% ABV. The bottle carries a silver bullet topper and crossed pistols. The nose combines dark chocolate and a hint of citrus with vanilla, malty sweetness and the smell of freshly baked buttery bread. On the palate come dark chocolate, fig and white pepper with a touch of mint. The finish is long and the mouthfeel oily.
