Wyatt Earp Hazmat is a 13 year old American whiskey from World Whiskey Society, in a 750ml bottle. It was matured in charred American oak and bottled at cask strength, with no water added, at 80% ABV (160+ proof). The release is named in honour of the lawman Wyatt Earp.
The nose brings dark raisins, ripe blackberries, seasoned oak, vanilla custard and brown sugar. On the palate there is raisin sweetness, dark berry compote, charred oak spice, creamy vanilla custard and burnt caramel. The finish is long and warming, with oak char, dark fruit, smoky embers and cinnamon heat.
