This is a small batch American single malt from World Whiskey Society, made as a tribute to Wyatt Earp. It is made from 100% malted barley and has a light to medium body.
The bottle carries a silver bullet topper and a US Marshal badge, in keeping with the Wild West theme.
The nose offers dark chocolate with a hint of citrus, vanilla and a malty sweetness like buttery bread fresh from the oven. On the palate come dark chocolate, fig, white pepper and a lift of mint, followed by an oily texture and a long finish.
