Writer's Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Writer's Tears Copper Pot is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was created in honour of Irish writers, and its name refers to the tears of the poets. It is made from Irish pot still whiskey and single malt whiskeys, triple distilled and matured in ex-Bourbon oak casks. The colour is dark gold. The nose brings fresh apples, Bourbon vanilla, sweet honey and fine spice. The palate is slightly spicy, with a pleasant ginger bite, oak, vanilla and butterscotch. The finish is long, with sweet milk chocolate and roasted nuts.
