Writers Tears Copper Pot Florio Marsala Cask Finish Irish Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Writers Tears Copper Pot Florio Marsala Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey that marries single pot still with single malt. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey spent 12 months finishing in Marsala hogsheads from the Florio winery in Sicily, which adds a sweet wine influence, with extra depth and warmth. The nose is rich with golden syrup and orchard fruits, opening to lingering caramelised apples, nutty spices and wildflower honey.
