Writers Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Writers Tears Copper Pot is an Irish whiskey that combines single malt with single pot still whiskey. No grain whiskey goes into it: everything is distilled from malted and unmalted barley. It is triple distilled and matured in American oak bourbon casks. The whiskey is non-peated. The nose brings crisp apple, creamy vanilla and soft honey. On the palate there is warm spice, ginger and rich butterscotch with a malt character running through. The finish is long, with toasted oak, milk chocolate and a light cereal sweetness.
