Writers' Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Writers' Tears Copper Pot is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It marries aged single pot still and single malt whiskey, made entirely from malted and unmalted barley with no grain whiskey, and is not peated. It is matured in flame-charred American oak bourbon casks. The nose is fresh apple with gentle vanilla. The palate is smooth, with gently spiced ginger and orchard fruits, and the long finish carries dark chocolate.
