The name refers to its two oaks: American oak Bourbon barrels from Kentucky and French oak casks from the Cognac region of France.
The nose and palate bring sweet vanilla and cinnamon, opening into plum and poached pear, then pressed grapes and citrus zest. Chocolate undertones and lingering spice follow.
