A Jamaican rum distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2022. It matured for 17 years in the tropics, then 1.5 years on the continent, with the remaining time in Dame Jeannes for minimal oxidation. The fermentation lasted 20 days, with an ester content of 585g/hlap and 1777g/hlap of volatile compounds. It is uncoloured, distilled entirely on pot stills, and bottled at cask strength.
