Wyatt Earp Small Batch is an American single malt whiskey made from 100% malted barley and bottled at 48% ABV. It is a tribute to the Wild West lawman, matured in charred American oak and non-chill filtered.
The bottle carries a silver bullet topper and a US Marshal badge. The whiskey itself is lighter to medium-bodied.
On the nose there is dark chocolate, a little citrus, vanilla and malty sweetness, with the scent of buttery bread fresh from the oven. The palate brings dark chocolate, fig, white pepper and a touch of mint. The finish is long and warming with spice, with an oily mouthfeel.
