Wyoming Sherry Double Cask is a bourbon from Wyoming, in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey spends its first five years maturing in new charred oak barrels, which is what makes it a bourbon. It then goes into a second maturation in casks that are decades old and were seasoned with Pedro Ximenez sherry.
The sherry casks add a touch of sweetness to the spirit.
