Wyoming Whiskey – Small Batch Bourbon

Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon is the original and flagship bourbon from Wyoming Whiskey, a traditional style of bourbon made in an untraditional place. It has a dark amber colour. The nose is floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding. On the palate come brown baking spices, browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel and a hint of cinnamon, with a light, smooth mouthfeel and a touch of mint. The finish is of medium length, with toffee, and the spice and vanilla fade away.
