Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon is made in Kirby, Wyoming, from locally sourced grain and limestone-aquifer water. It is matured for five years in newly charred oak barrels and bottled at 44% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is floral, with vanilla bean and caramel pudding. On the palate come brown baking spices, browned butter, vanilla cream and caramel, with a hint of cinnamon. Toffee, spice and vanilla fade through a finish of medium length.
