Yamato Mizunara Small Batch is a Japanese whisky from Yamanashi Prefecture, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was made by Aiko Importers from select whisky stocks.
The expression is built around the influence of Mizunara oak, and it is produced in small batches.
The nose offers oak, honey and bright citrus. On the palate come oak, honeyed sweetness and subtle citrus, leading to a smooth, velvety finish with lingering warmth.
