This is Yamazaki 18 Year Old, a limited edition single malt created for the 100th anniversary of Suntory Whisky.
The malt whiskies chosen for it have all spent a minimum of 18 years in Mizunara casks, and nothing else. Mizunara oak is regarded as the signature enhancer of Yamazaki, and it gives the whisky its Japanese character and elegance.
