Yamazaki 25 Year Old is a Japanese single malt from Suntory's Yamazaki distillery in Shimamoto, Osaka, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has been made since 1999 and is matured for 25 years in Oloroso sherry casks.
The label is made from mulberry Echizen paper, produced by a traditional Japanese method in which the sheets are dried by hand on wooden boards.
