This is a single malt from the Yamazaki distillery, founded in 1923 as the oldest in Japan and owned by Suntory. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured in a mix of American oak, Spanish oak and Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
The nose offers strawberry, cherry and Mizunara oak. On the palate there are raspberry, peach and coconut, and the finish carries vanilla and cinnamon.
