Yamazaki Islay Peated Malt is a Japanese single malt from the Tsukuriwake 2024 collection, supplied in a 70cl bottle with a box.
It is made with peated malt from the island of Islay, which gives it a smoky character. It matures in the Yamazaki cellars, where smoke and natural sweetness are balanced.
The nose shows delicate smoke and biscuit. The palate brings brown sugar sweetness and bitter orange, and the finish is long, warm and gently smoky.
