This is a Yamazaki single malt released in 2013 as a limited edition, matured in Mizunara casks. It is an official bottling in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV. Mizunara is Japanese oak, a wood associated with flavours such as butterscotch, leather, mocha and coconut. The Yamazaki distillery is in Shimamoto, Osaka, and its whiskies draw on components aged in American, Spanish and Japanese Mizunara oak.
