Yamazaki Peated Malt 2022 Edition is a Japanese single malt from the Yamazaki Distillery, made from peated malts. It is a limited edition and part of the Yamazaki Cask Series, in a 750ml bottle at 48% (96 proof).
The colour is a bright golden hue. The nose offers deep smoke and charred oak with herbal undertones. On the palate, earthy richness meets pineapple, citrus and subtle spice, leading to a long, evolving finish with persistent peat.
