Yamazaki – Tsukuriwake Peated Malt

Yamazaki Peated Malt is a Japanese single malt from the Tsukuriwake selection, a series that began in 2022. It is made with peated barley, which is a rare departure for the distillery. The peat adds a distinct smoky note that runs through the aroma and flavour, alongside the house's usual range of maturation, from bourbon barrels and sherry casks to puncheons and Japanese mizunara oak.
