Yellow Spot is a 12 year old single pot still Irish whiskey, matured in a combination of Bourbon casks, Sherry casks and Malaga casks.
Its character leans towards honey and beeswax, a quality that recalls some of the milder Speyside whiskies of Scotland.
It has plenty of body, with hints of tropical fruit on the palate.
