Yellowstone 110 Recollection is a limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon from Limestone Branch Distillery, bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV) in a 750ml bottle.
It is a higher-strength version of the classic Yellowstone bourbon, aimed at giving more intensity and depth than the standard release.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla bean and toasted oak, with baking spice and a little dark fruit. On the palate come brown sugar, cinnamon, dried fruit and firm oak tannins, with a drizzle of honey. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, oak and sweet caramel.
